Sakura, Acquabella’s Japanese-inspired booth at Cersaie 2023

Acquabella’s proposal made a splash thanks to the unique atmosphere emanating from its Japanese-inspired design. The Cersaie fair in Bologna, Italy, known as one of the most important events in the global ceramic and bathroom design industry, brought together experts, professionals, and design enthusiasts in a space where the latest trends and innovations in the sector were presented. At Acquabella, we used this platform to showcase our most innovative products and highlight our unwavering commitment to quality, design, and sustainability.

Sakura: The Japanese Art of Acquabella

We chose a Japanese-inspired booth to present our latest bathroom collections. Sakura pays homage to the serene aesthetics that characterize Japanese design. The goal was to create a contemporary representation of Japanese architecture and landscaping. A space with soul and a story that invited us to seek authenticity and embrace the beauty of imperfection.

The elegant and minimalist character of Japanese design was reflected in our new collections, including the Noon Slate bathtub, the new grates for the Base and Arq models, the Alma Slate shower tray, and a new collection of sinks called Acquasolid. Additionally, we introduced Season colors for the first time, a unique selection of trending colors to infuse freshness and style into the bathroom. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, these products and colors showcased the unlimited creative vision that characterizes Acquabella.

Wellness Experience in Bathroom Design

Acquabella once again embraced a textured Akron bathtub, following the success of our previous award-winning model, Opal Quiz. This exquisite bathtub is carefully crafted to provide a unique and luxurious bathing experience. The Noon Slate bathtub was accompanied by three new bathtubs: Nevis, Boreal, and Dewa, all made of Dolotek, featuring a white finish and a smooth touch.

An evolution of our essence

Demonstrating our ongoing effort for continuous improvement and active listening to the trends and needs of our customers, we revamped the image of our flagship products, the Base and Arq shower trays, offering three new grates that blend design and functionality: Mia, Lux, and Geo. Furthermore, we redesigned one of our classic shower trays, the Prisma Slate model, which was presented for the first time at Cersaie 2023 as the new Alma Slate shower tray, with a more modern and minimalist aesthetic in line with current trends.

Designing a Sustainable Planet

Acquabella also emphasized its commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibility policy at the Cersaie fair, highlighting responsible practices and environmentally friendly materials, which have earned us international certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001:2015 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems), and the EcoVadis sustainability rating silver medal.

Our participation at the Cersaie fair in Hall 21, booth A87, was a testament to Acquabella’s position as a leader in bathroom design and demonstrated our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence.
